Yeast infection treatments while trying to concieve?

I am on cycle day 12 and I have a yeast infection (stupid thongs!). I am not sure which over the counter med to get. I have used the three day before but I am wondering if anyone has had success with the one day treatment? I usually ovulate day 14 or 16 so I am trying to clear this up before then. Any advice appreciated. Thanks!

(I am sure it is a yeast infection, I have had two before from antibiotic use.)

If you take one round of over-the-counter yeast infection treatment, is it ok to take another after?

last tuesday i took the 1-day ticonzale monistat treatment, but i took it in the morning (didn’t follow the instructions closely) and i think it all leaked out too quick to really work. it did help some though and i think the infection is starting to go away but it’s not all gone and i’m SICK of it. i’ve been taking azo yeast and acidophilus, drinking cranberry juice and eating plain yogurt (ew..)
